Thank you for shopping at The Western Edit! We are committed to delivering your curated items safely and efficiently. Our team and shipping partners operate Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (excluding holidays).

1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Window: All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days.  Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will begin processing the following business day.

  • Curated Fulfillment: To offer you a truly unique and curated selection, we partner with trusted brands through Shopify Collective. This means if your order includes multiple items, they may be fulfilled by different partner brands and arrive in separate packages at no additional cost to you.

2. Shipping Timeframes & Transit

  • Standard Transit Time: Once processed and handed over to our shipping carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx), standard delivery takes between 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location and the specific item's fulfillment origin.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: Combining processing and transit, you can expect your items to arrive within 6 to 13 business days from the date your order is placed.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery location (typically ranging from $4.99 to $19.99 for standard shipping). From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be automatically applied at checkout or via a promotional code.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order—or a portion of your order—ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 1 to 2 business days from the receipt of the email for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.

5. Delivery Adjustments & Shipping Addresses

Please review and double-check your shipping details carefully during checkout. Because our system routes orders to fulfillment partners immediately, we are generally unable to make address changes once an order processing has begun. Ensure your address is complete and accurate to prevent delivery delays or misrouted packages.

6. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

  • Unforeseen Delays: We work closely with our carrier networks to ensure timely deliveries. However, occasional transit delays can happen due to high carrier volumes, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical challenges.

  • Delivery Issues: Your satisfaction is our top priority. While the shipping carrier handles physical transit, if your package is lost in transit, marked as delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@thewesterneditboutique.com. We will advocate on your behalf, open an investigation with the carrier, and work to resolve the issue promptly via a replacement or refund.
