Refund policy
At The Western Edit Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not perfectly happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your item was delivered to initiate a return request. To be eligible for a refund, the return request must be submitted, and the package postmarked, within this 14-day window.
2. Conditions for Returns
To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure the following conditions are met:

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received them.

Tags: Original tags must still be securely attached to the garment.

Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on jewelry, hats, intimate apparel, or any items marked as "Final Sale."
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the product arrives damaged, is defective, contains the wrong item, or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately at hello@thewesterneditboutique.com. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs, at no additional cost to you.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Email Us: Contact our support team at hello@thewesterneditboutique.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and the designated return warehouse shipping address. Please do not send items back to the address listed on your original shipping label without contacting us first.
5. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking Fees

Return Shipping Fees: For remorse returns (such as "change of mind" or sizing preferences), the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Restocking Fees: The Western Edit Boutique does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
6. Refund Processing & Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected by our facility:

Notification: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund has been approved based on its condition.

Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment.

Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or style, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
